Similar engine type to the Rotax featuring electric start, water cooling and centrifugal clutch, however this engine has an alternator that recharges the battery. Carburettor tuning is easier and the engine typifies the quality of Italian engines. Resale could be an issue since not all clubs run the leopard class and so the opportunity to race can be limited. May pay to check with your local club if they run this class before purchasing.
